Rest-Mex: Researching on Evaluating Sentiment and Textual instances selection for Mexican magical towns

The REST-MEX 2025 competition at IberLEF focuses on sentiment analysis of Spanish reviews about Mexican tourist destinations. Participants must predict the polarity (from 1 to 5), classify the type of destination (hotel, restaurant, or attraction), and identify the corresponding Pueblo Mágico among 60 possible options.
