MedProcNER: Clinical Procedure-based Document Indexing

The task challenges participants to create automatic systems that can extract different aspects of information about clinical procedures. The Clinical Procedure-based Document Indexing is a semantic indexing challenge which consists on assigning clinical procedure SNOMED CT codes to the full clinical case report texts so that they can be indexed.
